Once we have confirmed availability of your holiday dates, we will ask you to submit a Booking Form with a Deposit of 50% of the total rental cost in £ sterling (by cheque or online), with the Balance payable six weeks before the date of your arrival.  If you are booking within 6 weeks of arrival, we require full payment at the time of booking + refundable deposit (see below). 

Upon receipt of your Booking Form and Deposit, we will email you a Booking Confirmation showing the dates of your stay, and giving a date for payment of the balance by cheque or bank transfer to our UK account.

A £100 refundable deposit for damages will be requested with your final payment.  Once the house has been checked following your departure, charges for damages, breakages, extra cleaning or telephone calls will be deducted if applicable, before returning the balance to you with an account of any monies retained.

Shortly before your trip, we will send details of how to find the house, where to find the key and any other relevant information to facilitate your arrival.

Cancellation.  In the case of cancellation before the final payment has been made and no less than six weeks prior to your stay, the reservation deposit will be retained unless we can re-let the house for the period reserved.  In the case of cancellation less than four weeks prior to your visit, full payment is forfeit unless the house can be re-let.

Cleaning.  The house will be clean and tidy when you arrive.  There are three sets of bed linen per bed, pillows, blankets and lightweight duvets.  There are bathroom and pool towels, bath mats and tea towels. There are cleaning implements and products in the house and we ask that you look after the property as you would your own home, and replace products (eg dishwasher tablets, washing powder) that you have used up.  You may be able to employ our cleaner during your visit and her details will be provided.

Please ensure you leave the property in a clean and tidy state, and remove your rubbish regularly during and at the end of your stay.

Note: It is advisable to arrange insurance against cancellation of your holiday.
