I am authorised to make this booking on behalf of my party. I am over 18 years of age.

I enclose a non-refundable deposit of £______, being 50% of the total holiday cost. I agree to pay the balance of £______ plus a refundable damage deposit of 100, 6 weeks prior before the holiday start date. (If booking less than 6 weeks prior weeks prior to the holiday start date the full amount should be enclosed.)

·         No one under the age of 18 years to stay at ‘Le Limouzinat’, unless accompanied by their parent.  (Identification will be requested.)

·         Changes to original number of guests on reservation are required to be authorised and agreed to with management prior to arrival.

·         ‘Le Limouzinat’ does not permit any open flame apparatus to be used other than the safe use of a bbq.

·         Cancellation policy for any period once a deposit has been received:

Prior to 60 days of commencement         £20 Booking fee

Between 30 and 60 days                               50% of deposit retained

Within 30 days of commencement          NO REFUND

No Refund applies once stay has commenced

·         Pets are not permitted at ‘Le Limouzinat’.

·         The property is to be left in the same condition as it was found.

·         Any issues with the property upon arrival must be made aware to the Property Manager/Owner within 48hrs, allowing time to rectify.  Any issues during your stay must be made during and not after your stay.  Any issues made after the letting period when you have vacated the property will not be deemed valid and only advisory.

·         Any damage considered other than reasonable wear and tear, the cost of repair/replace will be deducted from the security deposit held.

·         The property must be vacated by 10am, removing all waste and personal belongings.  Any delays incurred by the guests without prior written consent will be chargeable and deducted from the security deposit.

·         The property is situated in a residential area, and we therefore ask you to respect the noise levels and the neighbours.  Any costs incurred by behaviour deemed abusive/non respectful for the property/Property Management Staff/Local/Neighbours/Residential area will be deducted from the security deposit.

·         The Swimming Pool is for your exclusive use and you will be held accountable for any damages since your stay.  The pool has a vinyl liner (which is common in France) glass is not permitted near the pool; you must use plastic at all times.

·         The Swimming Pool alarm system must be respected, you will be shown, explained and demonstrated how it works when you arrive.  You will be required to sign a form to acknowledge that you understand the alarm system and respect the use of it when you arrive.

·         Usage of the pool is at the renters own risk, for example, no diving in the shallow end and ensure an adult is present when children are near the pool at all times.

·         The property has its own contents insurance which is valid when the shutters are shut only.  Guests must supply their own insurance for personal belongings and insure when leaving the property unattended that the shutters are locked and secure to validate the building insurance.  The guests will be liable during the letting period for any loss/damage caused by not securing the property and therefore invalidating the building insurance.  The owner/Property Manager are not liable for any loss/damage to the guests personal belongings before, during and after the letting period.

·         The deposit will be returned within 21 days of the end of the letting period, and any deductions/issues you will be notified on as soon as possible.  Receipts/photographs will be supplied where possible.

·         A map will be provided 6 (six) weeks prior to arrival.

 

All conditions are to be met for the safety and enjoyment of all guests.
