If you wish to go ahead with booking please ring us to confirm availability.  Holding deposit is required within 1 week from booking together with completed Booking Form. Final payment is due 8 weeks before holiday is due to start. 

Booking Conditions for Villa Masefield 2021

1. Holiday Price – The price quoted is guaranteed for the agreed period, on receipt of your deposit of 25% of your total invoice value. This Deposit is non-refundable and therefore we strongly recommend you insure your holiday as soon as you confirm your booking. The balance of your invoice is due a minimum of 8 weeks prior to arrival.

2. Payment – This can be paid by Cheque or Bank Transfer. Please contact us for details.

3. Electricity Charges – Inclusive in the holiday price during June/July/August/September but for other times electricity will be charged at cost. The meter will be read at the beginning and end of your stay and the amount deducted from your security deposit.

4. Arrival/Departure Times – Saturday  -  arrival must be after 4.00pm but no later than 22.00 and departure before 10.00 am or by prior arrangement. If you are going to arrive later please ring so arrangements can be made. Out of season arrival dates can be flexible.

5. Damage & Rubbish Deposit – A Damage deposit will be included in your final invoice of £300. This will be returned to you within 14 days of your departure less the cost of any breakages, damages, electricity charges and any excessive further cleaning required if applicable. PLEASE REPORT ANY BREAKAGES TO OUR HOUSE MANAGERS IMMEDIATELY. Also £45.00 Rubbish removal charge (refundable if all rubbish is put out regularly and only a couple of bags left at end of stay)

6. Sleeping Capacity – The number of people using the Villa must be entered on the booking form. In no circumstances is the maximum number of occupants indicated on booking to be exceeded. We reserve the right to refuse admission to the property of any of your party in excess of the agreed number. The villa sleeps 8 people and this should not be exceeded.7. Care of the Villa – You are responsible for respecting the Villa, its contents and all the amenities provided and for leaving it in a good order and in a clean condition. Failure to leave the villa in a clean condition will result in an excessive cleaning charge which will be taken from your deposit.  If you commit any serious abuse or damage to the property or any of its amenities, we reserve the right to treat your holiday as cancelled and require you to leave the property immediately without any compensation. This is our own holiday home and we would hope that you would enjoy it as much as we do.

8. Cancellation – As stated in point 1, the deposit is non refundable but should the holiday be cancelled less than 8 weeks prior to arrival – the full 100% of cost less security deposit to be paid.

9. Insurance – We strongly advise that you take out holiday insurance on booking to cover cancellation etc.

10. Linen – Sheets/Duvets and pillows, towels and tea towels are provided for the length of your stay.  Beach/pool towels are not provided.  If you wish a change of linen or extra cleaning there will be an extra charge. Please arrange direct with our House Managers.

11. Booking – Please telephone us to verbally confirm your booking. The villa will then be held for up to 7 days to enable you to send your Booking Form and deposit.

12. For contractual reasons we only wish to deal with the person whomever has signed the Terms & Conditions as they are responsible for their party. This will ensure that any issues can be dealt with by our Management team in the most efficient and speedy way possible.

Note: It is advisable to arrange insurance against cancellation of your holiday.
