I enclose a non-refundable deposit of £______, being 250 of the total holiday cost. I agree to pay the balance of £______ plus a refundable damage deposit of 250, 8 weeks before arrival before the holiday start date. Brochure and AccuracyWhilst every effort has been made to ensure that the online brochure / website and all advertising material is accurate at the time of publication, we cannot be held responsible for changes or matters outside our control. All information is given in good faith but no warranties are made regarding information provided, either written or oral.2. Booking and PaymentBookings can be made by E-mail or telephone and confirmed within 7 days using the Booking Form supplied and paying a deposit of £250 / €250 per week (non refundable) or if you are booking less than eight weeks before departure, the full price. Under no circumstances can the prescribed number of persons per booking form be exceeded. The final payment becomes due eight weeks before your holiday date. There will be no refund after this time. If the full amount plus the security deposit is not received by the due date we reserve the right to cancel the booking.3. PricesPrices are per week per house and are inclusive of electricity (subject to reasonable electricity usage), gas, water and the provision of bed linen and towels. Pool towels are provided (one per person).4. Security depositA security deposit of £250 / €250 will be payable with your balance payment 8 weeks before your holiday. The Security Deposit will be held until we have verified that the property has been left in a satisfactory condition at the end of the holiday rental period. If there is damage the deposit will be used to make good and any amount left over will be refunded. The deposit taken is without prejudice to any larger claim we may have against you. It is your responsibility to take reasonable care of the property. We undertake to return the Inventory / Damage Deposit promptly.5. CancellationIt is recommended that you take out travel insurance to protect against the risk of cancellation from the time of booking and for medical, baggage cover etc. whilst abroad. Should a property be unavailable on the day stated, due to unforeseen circumstances, every attempt will be made to relocate guests. If this is not possible, all rental and deposit monies will be refunded without question but no further liability will fall upon the owners.6. Your responsibilitiesYour property will be cleaned before your arrival and we respectfully ask you to remember that you are staying in someone else's home and to leave it clean and tidy when you depart. We do not make an additional charge for the cleaning for this express reason. If extra cleaning is required a minimum charge of €100 will be levied. We understand that accidents happen, and for minor or expected breakages, there will be no charge against your deposit. However, breakages should be reported to the owners in order that it can be rectified before the following clients arrive. Please do not arrive at the property before 4.00 p.m. and kindly leave by 10 a.m. on the day of departure in order to give enough time between clients to ensure that the property is cleaned and prepared. If you expect to arrive after 7.00 p.m. please telephone +33 7 58 90 77 14 when possible to keep us updated of your arrival time.7. ComplaintsIn the event of any complaint arising, either on arrival or after occupation has commenced, this should be brought to the attention of the owners immediately so that remedial action, where necessary or possible, can be taken without delay. We will do everything possible to deal with any difficulties both quickly and effectively. The owners retain the right to enter the property at any reasonable time to deal with any complaints and to carry out any repairs deemed necessary to the property or equipment. Any complaint after departure must be in writing within 14 days of your departure.8. Swimming Pool - Open May to September - 10m x 5m x 1.5m.Please, no swimming between 22.00 hours and 08.00 hours. There is not a gate or fence on the swimming pool. There is a pool alarm available for your use, and it is your responsibility to use the alarm if needed. Use of the pool is entirely your responsibility. Please avoid diving into the pool. Please ensure all of your party are aware of the depth of the pool and the associated dangers. No drinking glasses or glass bottles to be used around the pool (plastic only please) and please avoid drinks or food entering the pool. Children should be under the parent's supervision at all times as the owners cannot be responsible for their safety - there is no lifeguard on duty. Pool cleaning takes place each morning from approximately 0830hrs. The pool may be unavailable for use until the cleaning has finished. We provide one pool towel per person per week for use on the premises. Please do not take them to locations away from the property.9. LaundryOne set of fresh laundry (including towels and pool towels) is provided per week. Should you require fresh laundry, a washing machine is provided in each property for your use. The owners can provide fresh laundry during the week, for a minimum fee of €50. Please ask for details.10. WifiDue to the rural location of the property, it is not possible to obtain reasonable fixed line internet services. Our property has fast 4G internet / Wi-Fi, and we currently have an unlimited usage account. However, you are sharing the wifi with all other guests at the property and it is over a 4G service, so we ask for your consideration. Please ensure all members of your party are aware of this limitation.11. GeneralWhilst every possible effort will be made to maintain the pool and household equipment in good order for the enjoyment of our guests we cannot accept liability in the event of any unforeseen circumstances but would ask you to bear with us whilst we attempt to rectify the problem as soon as possible. We accept smokers but would appreciate you smoking outside only. If the property needs to be fumigated due to smoking indoors a minimum charge of £250 / €250 will be levied. Pets are not permitted, sorry.12. VisitorsVisitors are permitted, but may not use the swimming pool or surrounding area, unless with explicit approval of the owners. Overnight visitors are not permitted unless they are on the original booking form.13. Car parkingCar parking is allocated and at owners risk. If you have the use of Grange Pierre, undercover parking is available for one car.14. Other servicesOther services can be available during your stay. For example, the owners can recommend a qualified massage service that will visit the property for a massage by the pool, in the gardens, or in your property. The owners can also recommend a private chef facility, either for that special occasion or for your entire holiday! Whilst every effort is made to recommend quality services, the owners cannot be held responsible for the services provided by a third party.
