I am authorised to make this booking on behalf of my party. I am over 18 years of age.

I enclose a non-refundable deposit of £______, being 25% of the total holiday cost. I agree to pay the balance of £______ plus a refundable damage deposit of 150, 10 weeks prior before the holiday start date. (If booking less than 10 weeks prior weeks prior to the holiday start date the full amount should be enclosed.)

Bookings can be made for any period, minimum 1 week (Peak season minimum 2 weeks) subject to availability. The changeover days are Saturday for Orchard and Courtyard cottages and Sunday for Terrace and Park cottages. The properties are available from 16.00 hrs and terminate at 10.00 hrs on day of departure. If you anticipate arriving later than 18.00 hrs please telephone to let us know.

Security Deposit - We reserve the right to deduct for any losses, breakages or damage caused to the property, contents, swimming pool and garden furniture during your stay, also the cost of extra cleaning if the property is left in an unreasonable state, from your security deposit. Should there be charges in excess of the security deposit you will be expected to reimburse these within 14 days of notification. Minor damage or breakages will not normally be charged for, but we ask you to replace any breakages prior to departure and to notify us immediately.

Cleaning - Guests are responsible for leaving their cottage clean and tidy. In the event that more than normal time is required to bring the cottage back up to standard a deduction will be made from the damage deposit.

Insurance - It is a condition of letting that you have adequate holiday insurance for personal and third party liability. Use of the pool or bicycles is at your own risk.

Cancellation - You must inform us in writing should you have to cancel. Your booking may be passed on to someone else with our written agreement or we will do our best to re-let and if successful will refund all monies less the deposit which is non-refundable. Should you cancel within 28 days of your rental period and if we are unable to re-let the property, then you will be liable for 100% of the rental cost.

How to Book

Your reservation will be held for 10 working days allowing time for receipt of deposit cheque of 25% of the total rental cost. We must receive the balance of the rental cost plus security deposit of £150 no later than 10 weeks before the start of the rental period. If booking less than 10 weeks before the start of your holiday the full amount including security deposit should be sent with your booking.

We will then send a confirmation account including your Invoice. At this time you should take out full insurance cover.

Mail your final payment no later than 10 weeks in advance of your holiday.

Note: It is advisable to arrange insurance against cancellation of your holiday.
