The Roman theatre in Orange

The Théâtre Antique d'Orange is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, together with other Roman buildings of the city. It is a Roman theatre built early in the 1st Century A.D. for watching theatrical performances. It is owned by the municipality of Orange and is the home of the summer opera festival, the Chorégies d'Oran
