A stones throw from Chambéry itself, this small airport is an excellent choice for UK flyers looking for a winter ski deal.
Situated in Savoie, many major ski resorts are close by with correspondingly short transit times. Winter flights are available from many UK cities. The flights run from just before Christmas through till the end of March.
Summer flights are limited at the moment but, if developments at Grenoble airport are anything to go by, this may change in the not too distant future.

Chambery Airport is located in the town of Viviers-du-Lac, 3.5 miles/6 kilometres south of Aix-les-Bains and 5 miles/8 kilometres north of Chambery. The airport is just off the A41 Autoroute Exit 13.
Public Transport
Taxi cabs are available at the airport terminal and there is a coach service to the station and various ski resorts
