The cottages are situated in the heart of rural France between two small villages. A small commune is nearby with a beautiful 12th century church.
The main village has a population of just over 2000 inhabitants, it has everything you could possibly need on a daily basis. Two restaurants, boulangeries, a well stocked supermarket on the outskirt, plus vets, doctors/dentist, post office, banks and a good school to name a few. Every Monday morning there is a small local market.
The three cottages
All have three bedrooms and a large open plan area with a fully fitted kitchen dining area and lounge with a door to a downstairs cloakroom and patio doors leading to a paved area with BBQ and access to the 10mtr x 5mtr swimming pool.
Cottages 1 and 2
These cottages are mirror images of each other and have 3 bedrooms with one double, one twin and one with bunk beds. The bath room has a shower, toilet and sink and there is a toilet downstairs. these cottages will be sold ready to go with TV's, microwaves, dishwashers and bedding etc.

The Local Area
There are lots of clubs that can be joined including tennis, archery, gymnasium and football. It has the first velodrome in France, which was built in 1897.
Every year the village holds a number of different local events including a Folklore Festival in which different countries from around the world visit to participate. There is an annual horse fair and in surrounding villages there are other horse and donkey fairs. Every Bastille Day in July there are fabulous free firework displays throughout the area.
Four miles away is one of Europe’s largest oak forests which is 10,600 hectares and has picnic areas and some large lakes which are used for fishing, swimming and boating, two of them boast of sandy beaches. Canoeing also takes place on the river Allier.
There is a local car circuit which is hired by individual groups and professional teams. The circuit has an adjoining Aero club which hosts hang gliding days.
Magny Cours which used to host the French Grand Prix is close by and has lots of fabulous days including events such as the Bol Dor and classic car rallies. It also has a carting circuit and nearby is a golf club.
We are central to 4 major towns which are 30 to 40 miles away. They are Moulins, Nevers, Montlucon and Bourges. Central Paris is roughly 3 hours drive or 2 hours by train from Nevers. Three nearest airports which fly to the UK are Tours, Limoges and Clermont Ferrand.
The gardens are well appointed with lots of mature shrubs and fruit trees.
The house is being sold with just under 7000 square meters of land.
