The Chateau offers luxurious accommodation in a superb location for holiday rental, boasting 8 bedrooms, 7 of which are en-suite and furnished to a high standard. The reception rooms are light and airy, with a more formal drawing room as well as a more relaxed living room. The modern kitchen is well equipped for all your needs with a large American Fridge Freezer, microwave, ovens, dishwasher and integrated coffee machine.
- Bedroom 1 is a kingsize with its own en-suite bathroom set in the tower.
- Bedroom 2 is a kingsize 4 poster bed with French windows overlooking the swimming pool, terrace, and gardens, again with its own en-suite bathroom set in the tower.
- Bedroom 3 is a kingsize again with en-suite bathroom.
- Bedroom 4 is ideal for children with a single 4 poster bed and additional child's bed. The en-suite has a shower, basin, and WC.
- Bedroom 5 is a large double room with en-suite shower-room set in the tower.
- Bedroom 6 is a large double room with en-suite shower-room set in the tower.
- Bedroom 7 is a double room with access to the family bathroom and WC.

There is also a Games room in the Orangerie which is just behind the pool area with many games and activities including Tennis Table, a Drum Kit, a variety of wooden games, sofas, and relaxed seating. This is an ideal room for the children to hang out in. Below the Games room is the Orangerie which is ideal for wedding venues and can be rented additionally to allow a wet weather program for any event or wedding.
Outdoor Living
The gardens are well kept and offer the formality of cut lawns and sunny terraces but there are also meadows and orchards as well as the lake to explore. The large 12m x 6m pool is a sun trap throughout the day and two tented gazebos are provided for well-needed shade.
The Chateau is set in the quiet countryside of the Lot-et-Garonne a short walk into the village of Laugnac where you will find a boulangerie, bar, and restaurant. The River Lot has beaches, canoeing, sailing and other activities such as boat trips and cruiser hire. For more cultural activities there are Frescoes, Caves, and Museums all within a short drive of the Chateau.
It is a short drive to the bustling town of Agen and there are over 40 picturesque and historic bastide towns to visit in the area. A part of France renowned for its gastronomy, the daily morning markets are a must for the visitor as well as all the local restaurants that cater to pretty much every budget and style.
For more action-packed activities, Golf d’Albret is an 18 hole golf course in Barbaste, 47230 just over 30 minutes away and the adventure Park “Walibi” is located close by in Agen.

How to get to Elegant Country Chateau
The Chateau is ideally positioned between 3 International Airports making it an easy final destination.
The Dordogne river-side town of Bergerac with its International Airport is 1 hour 30 minutes drive away (90km). Ryanair flies here from London Stansted, Liverpool, Nottingham, and Bristol. Flybe flies into Bergerac from London Gatwick, Southampton, Exeter and Edinburgh. There are also interconnecting flights to Belfast, Glasgow, Dundee and Newcastle with Flybe. Jet2 flies to Leeds Bradford Airport and Transvania flies to Rotterdam. Twinjet also now flies from Bergerac to Paris.
The vibrant city of Bordeaux is 1hr 45minutes away, with a larger International Airport servicing even more UK and Worldwide destinations.
In addition, Toulouse Airport is approximately 1hr 20 mins (134km) drive to the south - again a large International Airport with many International Carriers.

Additional price notes
- All prices are in sterling and are per week, Friday to Friday, arriving at 4pm departing at 10am.
- A deposit of 25% is required by the Owner to confirm the booking. The final balance is due 12 weeks before arrival. A refundable damages deposit of £1000 is also required at that time.
- The Chateau has a changeover day of a Friday and in peak and mid season, all rentals run from 16.00hrs on the day or arrival until 10.00hrs on the day of departure.
- There is a wedding supplement of between €500 and €1000 depending on guest numbers and use of Orangerie for Wedding events.
- In low season, the Chateau may be able to accommodate shorter breaks such as long weekends. These breaks are ideal for golfing, wine tasting and fishing weekends. All these activities can be arranged locally.
- In Low and Mid season, prices may be discounted for smaller groups. For further information, please enquire.
