This superb garden apartment is in an outstanding position just 150 metres from a lovely quiet beach. The property has wonderful sea views from most of the rooms, which constantly change with the tides. We think the property is perfect for a family beach holiday.
The accommodation is all on the ground floor. On the first floor is a smaller apartment which has its own entrance at the back. The garden is exclusively for the occupants of the ground floor.
Ground floor:
- Spacious open-plan living room, with a light, sunny atmosphere due to the wonderful curved full length windows. Comfortable seating, television with some English satellite channels, DVD and wired internet connection
- Three steps lead up to the dining area and the kitchen, which is well equipped with built-in oven and separate hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster and coffee maker.
- Three bedrooms, two doubles (140cm), and a twin.
- Bathroom with bath and overhead shower and twin wash basins.
- Separate WC.
Outside: Large private garden, mostly grass, with attractive terrace for outdoor dining facing the sea. Parking within the property.
The house is in the hamlet of Keriec, about 1 km from the charming village of Trelevern which has a few local shops, a couple of restaurants and some tennis courts. The supermarket is just 3 km away. It is a short, pleasant walk to the beach, which is particularly interesting as there are little islands off the coast and the scenery is constantly changing with the tide. This is a very attractive area which is not very busy. Perros Guirec, a lively town with excellent facilities is about 10 minutes drive, the town holds the prestigious ‘Kid Station’ award, based on activities and facilities available, safety and general quality of welcome for children aged 3 - 12 and their families. Situated in the heart of the famous Pink Granite coast, walks along the coastal path to see these wonderfully strange rock formations are not to be missed.
