Stunning Provençal Villa, beautifully furnished with heated pool in 1.5 Acres
This new Provençal property is situated on the edge of the beautiful village of Cotignac. The stunning villa is tastefully furnished throughout and has two king size double and two twin single rooms with ceiling fans and a south facing heated swimming pool, all set in over one acre of grounds. The pool area is well equipped with comfortable sun loungers, parasols, gas barbecue and a covered terrace with traditional Provençal furniture for alfresco dinning.

- A well equipped kitchen with range cooker and American style fridge freezer for the all important supply of iced water and
- In the utility room a washing machine and tumble dryer are available for your use. The immaculate interior includes a large HD flat screen TV with UK Satellite TV channels and PlayStation 3. WiFi Internet, personal safe and cot are also provided.

The medieval village of Cotignac in the Var is an idyllic rural location which is also is close to major centres such as Aix-en-Provence, Nice, Marseille and St. Tropez.
With beautiful views this well appointed villa is an ideal holiday location set in tranquil countryside - a perfect location to relax and enjoy the beauty of Provence or visit the many attractions in the surrounding area. There are many beaches all within an hour's drive as well as the magnificent Gorge du Verdon, water sports and local vineyards.
Cotignac is a “village de caractère” and one of the most beautiful villages in France. It is very popular with tourists having retained all of its local charm and boasting a wealth of history and natural beauty. Situated at the foot of a magnificent tuff rock the lively village is well served by restaurants and shops set around the tree lined square. It is a vibrant, friendly village with many shops, cafés, bars and restaurants. On Tuesdays a large Provençal market dominates the main Square. The village lies 45 mins to 1 hour between the beautiful beaches of the French Riviera and the Gorges du Verdon, making it an ideal base to explore from.
The nearest beaches to reach are around Ste Maxime and Frejus (50mins) both with Aquaparks for the children. Drive south across the Maures hills to reach Grimaud, Port Grimaud and St Tropez (1hr). North, the unspoilt Lac St Croix (45mins) is a must, with swimming and many water sports on its turquoise water. Further on the dramatic Gorges du Verdon (50mins), France's own Grand Canyon, has canoeing, rafting and the most spectacular scenery.
Nearby places to visit include the Abbey du Thoronet, the waterfall at Sillans-la-Cascade, the Chateau at Entrecasteaux and the many picturesque villages such as Villecroze and Toutour 'the village in the sky'.

We truly enjoyed our summer holidays at this beautiful villa. This place has really everything for a perfect stay! Very spacious living area, fully equiped kitchen, 4 large bedrooms and a magnifcient pool area. Additional nice outside seating furniture, great BBQ and dining table to fully enjoy the fantastic sunny weather. We also liked in particular the interior decoration with themed bedrooms, and all the great facilities like (Amercian Fridge and domotica). Excellent guest service and nice property owners. The location is also great. Cotignac is a picturesque village with offers the typical life of the South of France; fine dining, tasty wines, culture and relaxing atmosphere. From the villa you can discover the nice wineries, beautiful villages and all the great places at the Côte d'Azur like Cannes, Saint-Raphaël and St Tropez. We managed to book a week in July at short notice which we now realise was really lucky. The villa is lovely; tastefully furnished, well equipped, quiet, secure and with a great pool / garden area. The owners were very responsive and friendly. The villa sits outside the charming village of Cotignac with its restaurants, shops and bars. Also nearby are vineyards to visit with products to sample and buy! The villa is a bit too far out of Cotignac to walk as the road can be narrow but its less than 5 minutes by car so that was no problem for us. Would definitely stay here again.Guest rating:

This time we spent 2 weeks at the villa, as have done single weeks before, either 'en route' home or going onwards.
As good as always and recommend to anyone who's lives are mad busy and just need to slot into the villa with ease and totally feel at home.....we did. As an owner of a large business, being in contact with work is essential to me, so having a fast wifi speed is great...albeit working by the pool does have its advantages.

We enjoy our time. The house is very confortable. Big rooms, a lot of space, private washroom, big kitchen and nice living room that made are stay enjoyable and memorable for our party of 8. The best part, it is the magnificent pool area and landscape. We did not want to leave. It is located in the lovely town of Cotignac. There are tones of things to visit nearby in the country. I would definitely go back there !

A lovely peaceful location with views towards the distant mountains. The villa is very well equipped and comfortable and the pool area is great. You will need a car to get to local shops and restaurants. Nearest villages Cotignac and Entrecasteaux are very pretty and well worth a visit.

What a fantastic place, we all (2 x adults, 2 x 15 year olds, 1 x 16 year old, 1 x 9 year old) had a wonderful holiday staying at this villa for two weeks. We fell in love with Cotignac, what a beautiful town with such a friendly community feel to it. We managed lots of activities all very close to the villa: numerous visits to the La Nartelle restaurants near St Maxime, Lac St Croix and the gorge de Verdon, Lorgue market, St Tropez, canoeing at Carces, water park, wine tasting at local vineyards and the Cotignac Rose festival.
The property is clean, spacious and well laid out with all the facilities you need, it even has a Nespresso machine for fresh coffee in the morning. The kids loved the pool and the grounds and there is an electric gate for security.
The owners provided an excellent service, and were also very understanding when we managed to break the pool clips during our stay. There is a large information pack in the villa giving details of all local attractions, restaurants etc

- Additionally we charge £175 onto of your stay to partially cover the cost of cleaning and linen.
- 25% of the cost of your stay plus the £175 cleaning fee is charged on booking with the balance + Security deposit of £500 due 8 weeks before your arrival.
- The security deposit is returned to you within 10 days of your departure minus any deductions for breakages Andorras damage should there be any.
