Glitzy Cannes is not too far down the road where you can stroll along the yacht-lined marina and have a dip in the azure Mediterranean. Closer to home, explore the delightful town of Grasse with its winding lanes, picturesque squares and beautiful perfumeries.
Hike through the hills, ride horses through the forests and play golf in incredible surroundings – this region is a paradise for those who love the outdoors. Visit vibrant markets in idyllic hilltop villages, dine in fine restaurants or simply relax on the bountiful beaches of the French Riviera. With the delights of Grasse and Cannes so near, there is such an array of experiences in this captivating part of southern France.

Head to Grasse (5km) to explore its picturesque lanes and pretty squares, dine in one of the many excellent restaurants and of course visit one of the perfume factories that the town is so famous for. There are also plenty of historic buildings to discover including the impressive Notredame du Puy cathedral with its Rubens paintings.
For activity lovers, golf courses, tennis courts, fishing, canoeing and horse-riding are all available within a few kilometres radius. Discover rock-climbing near the pretty village of Cabris (12km), partake in lakeside adventures at the beautiful Lac de Saint-Cassien (30km) or choose one of the many golf courses that can be found across the French Riviera and its hinterland, the nearest less than a ten-minute drive away. Canyoning in the Vallée du Loup is another incredible experience - visit the wonderful waterfalls at Saut du Loup en route.
Cannes (20km) and Antibes (24km) make for exciting day trips, two unmissable destinations on the French Riviera with their fancy shops, luxurious hotels, fine restaurants and amazing sandy beaches.
Alternatively, you can browse the weekly markets in Valbonne (8km), Cabris (12km) and Tourrettes-sur-Loup (12km) followed by some interesting sightseeing in St Paul de Vence and neighbouring Vence, both around half an hour away.
Finally, the charming city of Nice (32km) with its famous "Promenade des Anglais" is also within easy drive from the villa and offers glamorous day trip options, besides hosting an international airport with regular flights from and to the UK.
