Villa Neo is all about open-plan living in smart surroundings with gorgeous furnishings and attractive design. Whether kicking back on the plush sofas or dining by the modern and well-equipped kitchen, light floods through the sliding doors which lead straight out to the decked terrace and garden. Four tastefully decorated bedrooms and three impressive bathrooms, two of them en-suite, are all on the ground level making this a practical as well as elegant holiday home.
The swimming pool is ideal for cooling off in the southern French sunshine and a plancha-style barbecue will make dining al-fresco a joy. You can even peek out towards the beautiful hilly landscapes as you relax in your verdant garden with its lounge and sun-beds.
In a pleasant residential area, it’s just a short stroll to the picturesque local town with its restaurants and shops. There are some lovely walks in this area too, either around the Siagne river or following the Route d’Or through the Tanneron forests or north towards Grasse.
The beaches of the French Riviera are a short drive away or continue on to Cannes, 12km by car, to experience a touch of Côte d'Azur glamour, many excellent restaurants, vibrant food markets as well as more glorious beaches and watersports. A boat trip out to Île Sainte-Marguerite, just off the coast of Cannes, is also a must for a day of tranquility.
For yet more stunning scenery, spend time in Mougins, Biot or Grasse or explore French markets in exquisite places such as Valbonne, Vence or even the splendid city of Nice. Not forgetting the charm of Antibes, the buzz of Juan-Les-Pins or the beauty of Massif de l'Esterel in this alluring part of southern France.

This semi-detached villa is in a residential area and it’s brilliant to be able to wander out and have everything you need so near whether it’s morning croissants and fresh bread from the boulangerie or restaurants in the evening without having to drive home. It’s a characterful place with shady squares where locals play pétanque as well as a pretty little river.
It’s also close to the Siagne river and it’s an area popular with hikers who follow the Route d’Or through the Tanneron forests or north towards Grasse – in February parts of the trail are especially beautiful with mimosas in flower.
The beaches of the Côte d'Azur can be reached in around 10km and just a little further is Cannes with yet more fantastic beaches, boat trips and a great range of watersports. It’s a fabulous town to explore with its enchanting historic quarter and vibrant markets. Soak up the ambience along La Croisette boulevard followed by a cocktail in a glitzy bar.
The charming old-town of Antibes and its super-yacht marina is also close by, as are the brilliant beaches and watersports of Juan-Les-Pins or the breathtaking scenery of Cap d’Antibes.
You are also perfectly positioned to explore the Côte d'Azur hinterland. Head to Valbonne on a Friday morning for a charming Farmer’s market followed by a wander around the beautiful town, stop off in Opio to visit one of the original olive oil mills or take advantage of some of the wonderful walks through the Valmesque forest.
Mougins and Biot are two more delightful villages and then there’s glorious Grasse with its fascinating perfume heritage. A little further afield but worth the drive, Vence and St Paul de Vence will take your breath away with their character – be sure to visit Matisse’s enchanting Chapelle du Rosaire.
If you love the great outdoors, Lac de Saint-Cassien offers a wealth of summer watersports, lovely walks, horse-riding and other activities in a stunning setting whilst there is ample choice for golfers including the well-known Royal Mougins Golf Resort.
