The property has its own secure gated entrance with private parking for four cars: two within the gate and two just outside the gate. Although this property is one of five residences, it is very private. The garden is enclosed and terraced with mature shrubs and plants.
The main entrance is through large iron doors into a library with a breakfast table which in turn leads into a fully equipped galley kitchen. The open plan living and dining room is full of light and character with high ceilings, large French windows, an impressive open stone fireplace and underfloor heating throughout. There is an extendable dining table and plenty of comfortable sofas and armchairs. The master bedroom suite is located on the ground floor with two further bedrooms on the garden level below. In addition, there is a separate laundry room, guest cloakroom and study with access to the terraces with sea views.
A large vine-covered terrace at the side of the house provides some welcome shade and is a great area for entertaining as there is a large dining table for 10 along with a comfortable seating area with a sofa, armchairs, and sun loungers. Another dining area at the front of the property, also with sun loungers, provides a quieter area for relaxing, and there is a lower terrace with a ping pong table and table football.
The house is ideally suitable for a family or a group of friends who wish to holiday in a luxurious, historic and well-equipped home with great views that is also walkable to a lovely village with its amenities.
