The accommodation is arranged as three separate apartments with twin and double bedrooms, each with its own kitchen and separate access to the pool and gardens. All are integrated within one building.
Apartment 1 - kitchen, double bedroom, twin bedroom, bathroom
Apartment 2 - kitchen, double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, double bedroom and twin bedroom, family bathroom
Apartment 3 - kitchen, living room, three double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms, 2 bathrooms
The third apartment has a fantastic open plan living room with separate TV den and mezzanine office or lounge area. Doors open out onto a large shaded dining terrace with table and chairs which can be arranged for up to 20 people, so that everyone can dine together.
Adjacent to the house is the pool and pool area surrounded by a sun-bathing terrace and a lovely lawn overlooking serene views over the countryside and hills. The gorgeous infinity pool measures 15 x 5 m and has a beach at one end and a shallow step access at the other. It can be heated from May to September and has an electric cover for safety and to retain the heat. There is table tennis, badminton and a traditional boules court under the shade of an 100-year-old plane tree.
The setting is total peace and tranquility. The property is bordered by a stream with idyllic waterfall, natural pool and little bridge. It is a paradise for adults and children of all ages. Just 3 km away is Tourtour, a village full of charm, cafes and restaurants including the Michelin starred 'La Table' as well as the lovely Bastide de Tourtour.
This is a wonderful setting for family and friends to get together while enjoying the best that Provence has to offer. The property also welcomes parties, wedding and special events.
This property can also be rented with its nearby 4-bedroom sister property 'Villa Alesia' to accommodate a combined group of 30 guests.
