The location is quiet and residential and yet you are within a short drive of Eze and all local amenities.
Eze Rock is built over 2 floors, from the main driveway there are stairs up to the front door which opens on to a small entrance hall with guest cloakroom and on into the open plan living / dining room. The large French windows open on to a small balcony and the room is flooded with light. There is ample comfortable seating, UK SKY television and a large dining table which seats 8. This room is filled with contemporary artwork, mainly dedicated to the world of rock and pop music, a stylish finish to this contemporary home.
Through an archway you move into the well equipped kitchen with feature wooden breakfast bar which seats 5. French doors open on to a small breakfast terrace. The kitchen has a large gas fired Aga range cooker, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, built in microwave and 2 wine coolers.
Also on this floor is one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom.
Stairs from the living room take you down to the lower floor. Here there is a TV den with large sofas, idea of escaping the heat of the afternoon and also as a play room for children.
There are three bedrooms on this floor, the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a twin room and a double room. The two final bedrooms share a shower room.
A guest house with two additional bedrooms, kitchenette and bathroom, is available for guests, ideal for staff or teenagers.
It is the gardens at Eze Rock which are so surprising, both in their size and in the delightful way that the owners have created a series of outside 'rooms'. You come first to the pool and pool terrace, surrounded by wooden decking and furnished to relax. The large steps at the shallow end of the pool are ideal for small children. From here you move through to the summer kitchen and covered dining area complete with wall mounted TV, working fireplace, bar, sink, wine cooler and large dining table which seats 8. There is also a shower and toilet just to the side of the dining area.
Continue your stroll through the garden, through the jasmine covered pergola which leads on to the children's play area with swing and slide set.
In addition the villa is air-conditioned throughout.
