It is ideally located a few minutes walking distance from the shops and backs to a golf course, while being only 5mn drive from the lovely beach of Agay. The garden is planted with Mediterranean species and offers a large fenced garden. The tranquility of this villa is exceptional.
The house consists of a spacious and luminous living room/dining room and an additional cozy lounge with a fireplace. The original provencal kitchen is large and well equipped. Upstairs, you will find a nice mezzanine with a small lounge. There are 5 bedrooms each with their private Salernes tiled bathroom and 6th room is available in the annex upon request.
Outside, you will find a large garden with a covered terrace and a summer kitchen, perfect to enjoy alfresco dining or a glass of rosé. The pool is 15 x 4,5 metres and has an electric pool cover.
