The villa consists of a spacious 80 metre living room with high ceiling and satellite TV, a separate, well equipped kitchen with direct access to the covered terrace and a double bedroom with shower room. On the first floor is the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and another bedroom with two double beds and shower room. There is a separate guest house accessed from the terrace which offers two double bedroom, both with en-suite bathrooms. The villa is set within a private, enclosed garden laid out as lawn with a large free-form swimming pool. From the living room, doors lead out to a wide terrace and to a barbecue dining area with shaded table and chairs. The villa has Wifi internet, satellite TV, safe, electronic gates and a security alarm system.
