The villa has been built to an exceptionally high standard with quality materials such as parquet and natural stone floors and marble bathrooms. It is fully air-conditioned and benefits from an electronic entrance gate and camera surveillance.
The garden area has been designed with great attention to detail. A magnificent panoramic view opens up from the large pool terrace with an infinity pool. On the lower floor, you will find the open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The spacious living area enjoys lovely sea views, direct access to the pool terrace, and a fireplace. The modern kitchen is well equipped and has access to a wine cellar and an outdoor terrace benefiting from morning sun, ideal for enjoying al fresco breakfast, outdoor dining and barbecue.
