On the ground floor, the kitchen, dining room and informal living room all open out onto an outdoor terrace, which itself lends itself perfectly to relaxing and enjoying the beautiful sunsets, outdoor dining and entertaining.
The large 13 x 6 metre saline swimming pool is very private, can be heated, is accessed by steps and is surrounded by ample space for sun loungers where guests can relax in the sun and enjoy the panoramic views. For those looking for sporting activity, the property offers a half size, flood-lit tennis court which can also become a basket ball court or used as a football pitch.
