Provencal style modern town-house built in the grounds of 18th Century house -The lottissement has electric gates from Avenue Albert Gleizes, secure private parking and is located just 3 mns walk from historic centre of St. Remy, its restaurants and shops.
Accommodation: Two bedrooms, kitchen/dining room, Salon, Shower room/toilet, and private terrace.
Ground Floor:
- Kitchen: Well equipped modern kitchen with good quality appliances.Fridge-freezer, washing machine, dish-washer, hob and fan oven.Provencal hand painted dining table and chairs. Excellent quality cooking utensils, tableware, glassware and tablecloths are provided, for preparing the abundance of fresh produce available from local markets and gourmet shops.
- Salon/Living room: Comfortable furnishings in soothing tones with traditional hand painted local furniture. TV (terrestrial stations only) CD’s and a selection of guidebooks/maps in the ‘biblioteque’.
Patio/Garden:
- French doors from the Salon lead to the verdant terrace (a room from nature!). Table/chairs to accommodate four people. An electric B-B-Q Grill (George Foreman) with outside plug on the Patio to facilitate its use. Please note traditional BBQs are not allowed in the Villa Nova complex. Shaded by a retractable awning this charming terrace is the perfect place to read or write!. However it is small and not suitable for sun bathing.
Upstairs:
- Bedroom 1 – King-size bed (6 ft' or 190cm's) with superior density support mattresses. This charming room has hand painted bedside tables and generous wardrobe space which contains an electric fan and hairdryer. The bedroom window overlooks Route de Rogadou and has a view of of the provencial style house and country lane in the photo.
- Bedroom 2 – Small double bed (4' 6' or 140cm's). This bedroom overlooks the Villa Nova Fontaine and gardens, and has a view across to the Chateau. The room is furnished with two hand painted lockers and a traditional Provencal wardrobe. Inside the wardrobe are extra blankets, an electric fan and a hairdryer. Suitable for two children or One adult.
- The landing outside the bedrooms is small measuring 5' 2' x 2'2' i.e 160cms x 85cm and therefore it is not suitable for toddlers.
- Shower Room/WC – The outer area has a WC, Wash Hand basin and heated towel rails with tiled floor and separating wall which leads into a large walk-in shower area/wet room (5'.4" ft x 2' 7' ft i.e. 165 cms x 80 cms) with floor to ceiling tiling and mosaic flooring.

Our newly constructed house provides refined comfort in the ambiance of the original 19th Century Chateau.
The historic and picturesque town of St Remy de Provence is situated 30 mins south of Avignon in the Aplilles hills and 55mins from Marseilles/Marignane airport.
It is close to Arles (30 mins), Nimes (45 mins), Marseilles (1 hr), Cassis (1.5 hr), the Pont du Gard (1 hr) and the picturesque villages of Les Baux de Provence (10 mins), L'Isle Sur La Sorgue (50 mins) as well as the Roman ruins at Glannum and St Paul de Mausole (5mins) where Vincent van Gogh spent a year and painted 148 canvasses.

- Hiking/swimming at Les Callanques (Fjiord like drowned river valleys) from Cassis to Marseilles.
