Dijon's Christmas market at Place de la Libération offers a host of over 60 stalls selling local products (spice bread, mustard, foie gras and honey), plus colourful arts and crafts, children's toys and mulled wine. Visitors can glide on ice at the skating rink at the Place de la République.
About the Market
The arrival of the Christmas Market in Dijon marks the starts of the festive season. There will be plenty of local delicacies at the market, such as spice bread, honey, of course, Dijon mustard and even some mulled wine.
The market takes place at the Place de la Liberation opposite the Hôtel de Ville and Fine Arts Museum in the central square. It is usually held between the end of November and until the beginning of January. As well as the local produce there will also be a number of arts and craft stalls selling trinkets and children's toys.
