Leading from the kitchen to the rear is a courtyard with patio furniture and Barbecue (a great place to enjoy a glass of wine).  The farmhouse boasts lovely views across open countryside to the rear.

The large farmhouse sleeps 9/10 people. The house comprises:-

Ground floor:

• Kitchen/Diner - fully fitted with electric cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave and table and chairs.
• Lounge/Dining - light spacious room 30' long with two windows, lounge furniture and dining table to seat at least 8. TV with English Sky.
• Additional sitting room/bedroom - with double and two single bed settees, windows on two sides.
• Separate toilet.
• Laundry Room - with washing machine and tumble drier.
• Bathroom - with bath, overbath shower, hand basin and toilet.

First floor:

• Bedroom 1 - four poster double bed, occasional chair bed suitable for a child, windows on two sides.
• Bedroom 2 - double and single bed, 2 windows.
• Bathroom - with shower cubicle, hand basin and toilet.

About the location

Located on the edge of Fruges market town, overlooking peaceful countryside within a 2 minute walk of boulangerie, supermarket and all local shopping facilities.

Montreuil-sur-Mer - Beautiful walled town, the location of Victor Hugo's Les Misérables. Cobbled streets, antique shops, cafes in the square and a Saturday market.

Etaples - A thriving fishing port offering freshly caught seafood of all kinds to cook yourself or eat in the local restaurants.

Le Touquet - Fashionable seaside resort with wonderful designer shops, casinos, trendy cafes and bars. The Aqualud water park is situated right on the beach.

There are numerous beaches all along the Côte d'Opale, all with fabulous sands and dunes with a varying range of facilities. The historic battlefields of Agincourt and Crecy are nearby as are First and Second World War sites and cemeteries.
