Luxurious Villa, Recently Constructed

This luxury villa, situated on the beautiful island of Ile d'Oleron, in the Charente-Maritime, is within easy walking distance of the beach, shops, bars and restaurants.

Many attractions on the island include small Marina's, a Chateau, ancient Forts and there are many shops, bars and restaurants to choose from. The neighbouring island of Ile De Re is just a short drive away or take a boat trip to Fort Bouyard.

All in all, this is the place to be for that carefree holiday, famous for it's oyster and mussel beds and fresh seafoods or the delicious French cuisine.

Holiday Accommodation at Villa Calvaire

The villa comprised:

  • Kitchen - is well equipped kitchen including, dishwasher, washing machine and an american style fridge and lots more.
  • Lounge - has comfortable seating area, including a sofa-bed.
  • Three double bedrooms
  • Shower room - has hand wash basin and wc.

Outside:

Outside there is an 8 by 4 metre in-ground Swimming Pool with fold-back security dome (in accordance with new French safety regulations) and an outdoor pool shower.
 
There is ample terrace area around the villa and barbeque for dining al fresco.
 
There are two garages, one of which houses 6 bicycles for your enjoyment to explore the many aspects of the island.
