Spacious Converted Farmhouse With Heated Swimming Pool in the Vendee
A large 4 bedroom converted farmhouse featuring a completely private heated swimming pool and sun terrace overlooking a small vineyard.
There is an enclosed area to the rear, secure for small children and separate to the pool terrace.
Parking for 3-4 cars some of which is covered.
Another terrace houses a 10 seater outside table and chairs and a substantial barbecue.

This beautiful property comprises:
Inside the house is a spacious cool retreat from the sun.
- Bedrooms: 3 large double bedrooms, two with double and single beds and one further room with bunk beds. All rooms are large enough for extra cot One has an ensuite shower and toilet and two others have basins.
- Lounge: The lounge is spacious with a leather suite and wide screen TV. A large open fire place. Adjoining a dining room.
- Dining Room: Large solid wood 10 seater table and chairs. Double doors opening out onto the barbecue terrace.
- Kitchen: The kitchen is very well equipped with 3 ovens, dishwasher, fridge freezer and double sink and all the bits you would expect to find with an owner caterer.
About St Andre Treize Voies in Vendée, Pays de La Loire
L'Andoussiere is a small village situated between the small towns of Vieillevigne and St Andre Treize Voies.
We are 5 minutes from supermarkets and restaurants.
The capital towns for excellent shopping and massive supermarkets are Nantes and Roche sur Yon both are less than an hours drive.
There is a cafe/bar 5 minutes on the bikes. The area is flat for cycling with many lakes and woods to visit.
The white sandy beaches of the Vendeen coast are about 40-50 minutes away.
A 'must visit' for all is the PUY DE FOU.
We are close to the vineyards of Muscadet for the wine enthusiasts and can make very good introductions for tastings etc.

How To Get To St Andre Treize Voies in Vendée, North West France
Most arrive by car although Nantes and La Rochelle airports are within an hours drive.
The closest port is St Malo at a 2.5 hours drive. The ports of Roscoff,Caen and Cherbourgh are between 4 and 5 hours.
The routes are very easy, good roads all the way. Those who come via the tunnel it is about an 8 hour drive.
