5 rue des FLEURS, TERMS AND CONDITIONS
At the time of booking a 25% deposit must be paid. This will reserve the week/s that you have booked. Should you subsequently wish to cancel your holiday, this can be done at any time until the final payment is due.
Providing the house can be re-let for the same period as the cancellation then your deposit will be refunded less any costs involved in the re-letting, i.e. if the weeks have to be offered at a discount, or for any other costs involved. If it cannot be re-let for the cancelled week/s, then the deposit is forfeited. This can be carried over for another holiday if wished.
No deposit or payment will be refunded after the final balance has been paid.
The final balance must be paid 6 weeks before your holiday starts. The balance must be in the bank as cleared funds by this date. If not the week/s will be re-advertised on the website. A reminder email can be sent if requested on the booking form.
It is advisable to take out travel insurance to guard against any losses. It is recommended that you start your travel insurance on the day you pay your deposit.
A refundable deposit of £250, held against damage and breakages, is also due at the time of the final payment. This will be returned to you after the keyholder has inspected the house following your departure.
The booking form must list all the people who will occupy the house and no other person will be allowed to occupy the house without permission, even if it is only for part of your holiday.
Pets are welcome at 5 rue des Fleurs with prior permission sought at the time of booking.
The house will be clean and all the beds made up for your arrival. Bath towels and tea towels are provided. Pool towels can provided at a small extra charge.

5 rue des Fleurs is a non-smoking house.
All windows and doors must be secured when you are not in the house.
The pool will be cleaned on a regular basis during your stay. There is also equipment for you to use between cleanings and we would ask that you use this responsibly and do not let children play with it.
On departure the house must be left clean, tidy and secure. It will then be made ready for the next guests and a certain amount of time is allowed for this. If the cleaning takes longer than allocated then the extra cost will be taken from the refundable deposit. If you do not wish to do any cleaning before departure then you can pay for it all to be done for you. The price for this is £60 and will be deducted from your refundable deposit. Useful information and leaflets for local activities are in a folder in the house together with a departure checklist.
