This lovely, large house features a southwest orientation, and offers unlimited panoramic views of mountains, valleys and the Mediterranean Sea. Outdoor features include a private swimming pool with sunbathing areas, and a 1500 square metre terraced garden with olive, citrus, apricot, and fig trees.

All beds are of high quality and large. The views from several rooms are panoramic overlooking the hills around Vence, and all the way to Cap d'Antibes and the Mediterranean Sea.

About the location

The villa is within walking distance (500 m) of the medieval village St. Jeannet, Côte d'Azur, Alpes-Maritimes, where you'll find high-quality food shops and six restaurants and bars. St Jeannet is an ideal starting point for mountain walks and rock climbing, and the charming village is located 360 meters above sea level at the foot of the Baou. From the village and the villa there are panoramic views to mountains and to the Mediterranean Sea, which is only 12 km away.

Vence, town of 15.000 inhabitants, having medieval charm, markets, squares, restaurants, shops, sights, art museums, churches etc. is only 5 km (bicycle distance) from the villa. In Vence you find Chapel Rosaire, the museum for Matisse.

Saint-Paul de Vence is the top tourist attraction in the area. Do not miss this fascinating village with its many fine gourmet restaurants and shops. Near this place you may also find the magnificent art museum Fondation Maeght. Many other medieval villages are nearby including La Gaude, Gattiere, Carros Village, and Le Broc. Cannes, the famous city of the film festivals is situated only 30 km from the villa and Nice, with its famous harbour, beaches and charming old city is only 20 minutes away.
