Traditional Normandy House in Peaceful Village
La Rosiere is a traditional Normandy house set in the quiet village of Beaubec La Rosiere surrounded by beautiful countryside views from all sides.
The 2 bedroom apartment is well furnished for comfort with a beautiful landscape view from the balcony and windows. Set in very tranquil and peaceful surroundings with cows, horses and donkeys grazing in the fields surrounding the gardens of the apartment.
Holiday Accommodation at Self-Catering Apartment
The self catering accomodation has central heating and is available all year round. It is well situated to explore Normandy.
- Kitchen/Living room. The kitchen area is fully equipped with fridge, microwave, washing machine, cooker, ample selection of crockery, wine glasses, cookware, and kitchen utensil .
- The living area has a double sofa bed, cupboard TV / DVD player radio HI-FI-CD player, and a selection of board games.
- Bedroom One. Double bed, chest of draws, bed side cabinets and en suite shower room with toilet and hand basin.
- Bedroom Two. Double bed and a single bed ,chess of draws, bed side cabinets, with WC and hand basin.

About Beaubec La Rosiere in Seine-Maritime, Normandy
Larosiere is situated in the small village of Beaubec La Rosiere between Neufchatel en Bray and Forges Les Eaux. The village square comprises of a Church dated back to 1800, the town hall and a row of old cottages surround by farmland and forest with beautiful tones of green with footpaths Between Normandy and Picardie , this region of Pays de Bray is renowned for its variety of landscapes: hills, dales hedgerows and fantastic views.From the village square there is access for walking,cycling,hiking or riding along theGreenway or Chemin vert to Neufchatel, Dieppe to the east and Forges Les Eaux to the west, along the old railway-line discovering the beautiful scenery,local villages,local products, wild life and exploring the countryside with its natural local beauty and heritage

The sea side town of Dieppe with all it's coastal attractions is 50 km. Medieval and Renaissance Rouen is 45 km and Paris 130 km. All connected by road and rail. Nearest station is Serquex which is 2 minutes drive from the house.

How To Get To Beaubec La Rosiere in Seine-Maritime, North West France
From Calais Take A16 follow the sign to Boulogne, along the A16 Motorway to Boulogne. Approaching the Toll, follow British flag sign showing green arrow. Press button take ticket from Toll Booth, and continue on the A16 until exit 23. After the exit follow the green arrow and pay at toll booth. Follow sign for A 28/E402 and continue until exit 9 for Neufchatel en Bray Sud (Le Four Rouge ).
Follow the sign to the town pass the church on the right at the traffic lights turn right on the D1314 by the Bank Credit Du Nord. Going down hill on Cobble Street then the road continues uphill. You will pass the hospital on the left, carry on the D1314 for 10 minutes, along several bends until the sign for Beaubec La Rosiere D35. Turn right at the sign Beaubec La Rosiere and follow on until a small junction, this is the village of Beaubec La Rosiere. Follow the road pass the church on your right .The house is a short distance away.
From Rouen take the A28 motoway for 20 minutes to Neufchatel En Bray and exit at junction 12 and follow the D919 to Forges les Eaux , from Forges take the D1314 to Neufchatel passing through the village of Serqueux. and turn Left into the D83 for the village of Beaubec la Rosiere. At the junction turn left by Le Marie pass the church on your right.The house is a short distance away
From Dieppe follow the D915 for Paris and Rouen for 40 minutes then follow the sign for Forges les Eaux . At Forges take the D1314 for Neufchatel En Bray passing through the village of Serqueux and turn left at the D83 for Beaubec la Rosiere village. at the junction turn left by Le Marie, pass the church on your right. The house is a short distance away

All prices are per week. Rentals run Saturday to Saturday but can be flexible and priced accordingly. Special rates for long term bookings and monthly stay.

The apartment will sleep 4 adults and one child comfortably and there is a large double sofa bed in the sitting area

Arrivals are from 16.00 and depart by 12.00 noon but all times are flexible and we will do our best to fit in with your schedule providing you let us know in advance as owner is on site most of the time.

If booking within 4 weeks of the holiday start date a cheque for the full amount must be paid.

For Easter and Half terms, the tariff is from £350.00per week.

Between Christmas and New Year (15 December to 11 January) the price is £370.00p
-
Weekend breaks available starting from £70.00 per night for 2 persons.£15.00 for additional adult guest

There are another 2 double/twin rooms and 1 single room downstairs for additional guest.

Special discount and generous reduction rates for any bookings of 2 or more weeks/months eg long term stay
