A large 8 bedroom villa located 1km from the town centre, with fantastic seaviews, heated pool, AC and inclusive of services

This fabulous villa is located near the town centre and you can walk to the Place des Lices or just enjoy the fabulous seaview from the garden.
This property sits near the top of the hill in the middle of a landscaped garden with olive trees, rosebushes, a water feature, a gazebo where guests can enjoy a drink in the summer lounge while taking in the seaview.
guests can park up to 6 cars in several areas.
The large entrance leads to a double living room with a fire place, TV and french windows on both sides of the house. It leads to the dining area then to the large modern kitchen designed around a central island where guests can sit around. It is fully equipped: 2 dish-washers, 2 fridges, 2 freezers, gas and induction hot plates, conventional and microwave oven, coffe maker, juicer. There is a terrace accessible through the kitchen leading onto the back of the property where guests can either lounge around or enjoy a game of table tennis on the higher level of the garden.
Behind the kitchen is located a large bedroom with a fireplace, fitted wardrobes, an ensuite shower room with double vanity and WC.
There are 3 other bedrooms on the ground floor, all with ensuite bathrooms, fitted wardrobes and private terraces with either garden or seaview.
The house is equipped with an indoor lift to reach the basement where 3 more bedrooms are located, each with ensuite shower rooms. These cabin rooms all have air conditioning and no outdoor views.
The stairs lead to the billiard room downstairs where guests can play when the sun gets too hot. Behind the games room is located the laundry room with 2 washing machines, 2 tumble dryers, an ironing station, an ice maker and a large cold storage room.
The 8th bedroom is an independant studio next to the swimming pool with a small living area, kitchenette, double room and ensuite shower room.
The whole house is air conditioned with individual settings; all the bedrooms are double bedrooms, either king size or queen size and some of them can be turned into 2 singles on request.
There are many outdoor areas to relax in: a dining area and summer lounge under the house shaded terrace, private terraces for all 4 ground level bedrooms, a gazebo with a summer lounge, a second dining area on the back terrace close to the Webber gas BBQ, a large flat lawn, a heated pool with sun lounges to take in the sun, a small pool kitchen with fridge, plastic crockery, coffee machine and shower.
The property is rented out with the following services included: house manager welcome, breakfast service, housekeeper 6 days a week 8h/day, linen and welcome toiletries.
This house is ideal for large family gatherings or group of friends who want to enjoy a great holiday.
The property is rented for 12 guests and on request for additional guests up to 16
