MAIN HOUSE (Sleeps 4-11) with two double bedrooms and two bathrooms on independent floors
APARTMENT (additional £100/week) (Sleeps 2-4) with a double bedroom and bathroom (with disability facilities), kitchen plus option of sofa bed ~ all on ground floor level.
Wonderful location within the historic quarter the medieval town Saint Antonin Noble Val, this beautifully restored 15th/ 16th century town house has many of the impressive, original features retained. Inside, the three floors provide many differently accented spaces from the Living Room with massive Renaissance fireplace to a luminous top floor gallery overlooking the street below and offering a vista of the cliffs of the Aveyron.
MAIN HOUSE
Main Entrance hall leading to Lounge Room with a state-of-the-art cinema projector and surround-sound system (clients are able to watch English and French TV as well as to log into their own netflix, amazon prime etc). Furnishings include Sofa Bad (double), Single bed (stored wrapped in a beautiful rust coloured india print but can be easily set up in five minutes on the little wooden legs). Door to small walled courtyard (for visual effect).
FIRST FLOOR
Kitchen: Induction four ring cooker, oven under, single sink unit, dishwasher, tall fridge, microwave.
Dining Area: with table and chairs for six persons. Adjoining to
Lounge Area: with original, huge fireplace is located in this room. Double sofa bed (with additional overlay mattress for comfort)
Bedroom 1: Double bed with Ensuite Shower Room (Glass shower cubicle, handbasin and wc)
Terrace (covered): open air for summer breezes, with table and chairs for eight persons and bbq looking onto a small open square.
TOP FLOOR
Gallery Lounge: TV with free to air English channels and DVD player. Seating includes sofa bed (providing two very comfortable single beds that can be set up side by side or completely separately)

GROUND FLOOR APARTMENT (£100 per week plus house rental, only available with the Main House rental).

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- The sofa beds are available for use as beds at a supplement of £100 per rental. Whilst it is possible to accommodate a maximum of 11 people internal dining and seating only comfortably caters for six people.

- The Apartment will NOT be let independently and will be closed off if not rented along with the Main House. The Apartment has been adapted for the disabled/ wheelchair users. Most social rooms are on the first and second floors and only accessible by a relatively steep staircase therefore not suitable for younger children or people with walking difficulties.

Wonderful location within the historic quarter of this medieval town Saint Antonin Noble Val, this beautifully restored 15th/16th century town house has many of the impressive, original features retained.
Seconds away from the Palais Prevotal, (the oldest civil building in Europe), the house is snuggled away in one of the cobbled streets just off the main square.
Bars, restaurants, shops, small local boutiques just metres away. There is also a Bank/Post Office/3 supermarkets of good size/chemist/garages with petrol pumps & a wonderful little cinema (often showing the latest films in English).
The Sunday morning market is a great attraction and people come from miles around to see the colourful stalls selling fruit, veg, breads, pates, cheeses, local cuisine ~ all right on your doorstep. There are also Summer Night markets held in the town, which are particularly appealing on a hot summers evening.
Public open air, heated swimming pool (June ~ mid/end Sept) is just 100m+ away, together with a great range of sporting activities in the town & nearby surrounding area.
Nearby are Medieval villages, Bastide towns, Chateaux, Abbeys, Churches and magnificent natural sites of outstanding beauty; whether it be wooded valleys or the meandering River Aveyron with its dramatic gorges.
Also wine growing regions ~ ideal for a half day excursion to sample some of the local wines.
Within short driving distances, excursions can also be made to a number of fascinating towns and villages including
CORDES SUR CIEL a medieval bastide town whose history includes the Cathars and Huguenots;
ALBI with its Toulouse Lautrec Museum;
NAJAC, voted one of the most beautiful villages in France;
CAHORS and GAILLAC, for their wines;
MONTRICOUX, the Château, an old seat of the Templar Knights and
BRUNIQUEL all well worth a visit.
ACTIVITIES
Horse riding, canoeing, cycling, fishing, bird watching, rock climbing, tree wire, paragliding, wine tasting, museums, tennis and of course walking.
Golf is available at Albi (18-hole delightful course) or Montauban (45 mins drive away)
An afternoon's excursion by canoe through the Aveyron Gorge is considered a 'must' by nearly all guests.
