Aurelia Sarlat
As the name suggests, Aurelia Sarlat is just outside the world-famous Sarlat-la-Canéda and is therefore the perfect base for all your summer trips. The house has been recently built, which makes it very comfortable but still with the classic look of a typical traditional French house. Aurelia Sarlat is quiet and private, has a private and beautiful landscaped garden with a lovely heated pool (open starting 26 April and heated up till about 25 degrees), covered outdoor kitchen and is within walking distance of a shopping center.
Inside
- Large modern living room with open kitchen (60m2). There are sliding doors which give direct access to the terrace and your lovely private (heated) swimming pool.
- There are 3 bedrooms in total, 2 on the ground floor and 1 on the first floor. More details about the house can be found under the tab "characteristics". Small dogs allowed to the property.
Outside
- The garden of Aurelia Sarlat is very nice, private and secluded, with a heated private swimming pool of 4 x 9 meters. The pool is secured by means of an electric cover, which guarantees the safety of small children.
- There is enough parking space around the house.
- At the pool an extensive outdoor kitchen, but this summer the pizza oven is not ready yet (sorry)...
The beautiful center of Sarlat-la-Canéda with its numerous restaurants and shops is a real "must" for every visitor to the Dordogne. But also the beautiful villages such as Roque-Gageac and Domme are only a short distance from your holiday house. There is so much to see and do in the Dordogne that it is impossible to discover this during one stay. You just have to book another time to see everything ...

We had a very nice holiday in Aurelia. A fully and very well equipped holiday home, with lots of privacy. We really enjoyed the large and heated swimming pool and the nice outdoor kitchen with a perfect BBQ under the canopy in the garden. We also really enjoyed the table tennis table and the jeu de boules court. All this makes Aurelia ideal for a fun family holiday. Aurelia is located 3 km from the center of Sarlat, which makes visiting that beautiful city with nice restaurants and the large market very possible.

We had a lovely stay at Aurelia and would definetly recommend!
The house was very much home from home, modern, clean, comfortable and suitable for six adults. Plenty of parking and outside space, enjoyed the air conditioning and the electric shutters to keep the house cool and dark!
Very much a peaceful location with no noise and private gated entrance bonus. Helen, the owners sister, greeted us upon arrival and departure and was on hand throughout the stay, when we needed her assistance, was lovely and approachable. We did spent a lot of our time outside and made use of the pool, bbq and loungers.

Aurelia is a house ideally located, because it is very close to the center of Sarlat, and at the same time quiet. The place is relaxing.
It is a magnificent house, well laid out, in which nothing is missing!
Aurelia must be a house with even more potential in spring, summer and autumn. It really makes you want to come back ;-)
Aurélien's mother was available and very attentive. I did not fail to thank her immediately after our return.

Last Saturday I came home from a wonderful holiday. What a great house! And what a sweet sister of the owner! I already got a text from her while I was still on my way to give her a call. The conversation went in fluent English which was very nice ï More than a hospitable welcome in the (once again) lovely house!!
The house is fully equipped. Wonderfully spacious (also with 6 people) and a lovely pool.
So Lydia, another satisfied customer. I will definitely contact you again next year!
