This delightful town house is set on the edge of the bastide village of Eymet, just a 5 minute walk into the square. Recently completely renovated, the property has a new fitted kitchen, two new shower-rooms and air-conditioning throughout. In addition, there is a new heated saltwater swimming pool with a covered dining terrace. The ground floor is all open plan with a kitchen and dining area looking over the pool and garden. There is also a large living room with flat screen TV and two large comfortable sofas.
On the first floor there are three bedrooms and in the basement, there is an additional single bedroom as well as a downstairs loo and laundry area with washing machine and tumble dryer.
The interior decor is light and stylish and the house has WIFI throughout.
On the First Floor:
- Bedroom 1 has a king size bed and an en-suite shower-room which has been recently renovated to include a shower, sink and WC.
- Bedroom 2 has a king size bed and again a recently renovated en-suite shower-room, sink and WC.
- Bedroom 3 has two single beds.
- Bedroom 2 and 3 share a family shower room with sink and WC.
In the Basement:
- Bedroom 4 has a single bed. There is not air conditioning in this bedroom but there is a fan and it is cool as it is below ground for the most part. There is a small window overlooking the front garden.
- There is also a WC and sink next to this bedroom.
There are also heated towel rails in each shower room.
Outdoor Living
Although close to the village centre, this house offers a fantastic and private garden with a 10 x 5 m heated saltwater swimming pool with recliners and outside dining for 8. There is also a coal BBQ. There is off street parking sufficient for two cars.
The Chateau sits overlooking the Bergerac valley. It offers tranquillity and privacy, and yet is only a few kilometres from the bustling town of Bergerac. Although its situation is tranquil and private, it offers easy access to the many delights the Dordogne has to offer. There are activities to suit all ages and interests, foodies will enjoy the great local restaurants at the heart of France's centre of gastronomic excellence, as well as the wine of AOC Bergerac. The area has been described the capital of world prehistory, and culture vultures are spoilt for choice with caves, museums and chateaux aplenty. Chateau Vigiers Golf and Country Club, with an 18 hole championship golf course, tennis courts and spa is only a 10 minute drive from the Chateau. For the active in the group, there is Karting, bowling, laser-play all within 15 minutes as well as the more outdoor activities of riding, cycling, and canoeing.

How to get to Charming Townhouse, Eymet
- Bergerac has its own International Airport. Ryanair flies here from London Stansted, Liverpool, Nottingham, and Bristol. Flybe flies into Bergerac from London Gatwick, Southampton, Exeter and Edinburgh. Britsh Airways flies here from London City Airport. There are also interconnecting flights to Belfast, Glasgow, Dundee and Newcastle with Flybe. Jet2 flies to Leeds Bradford Airport and Transvania flies to Rotterdam. Twinjet also now flies from Bergerac to Paris.
- The vibrant city of Bordeaux is 1hr 20 minutes away, with a larger International Airport servicing even more UK and Worldwide destinations.
- In addition, Toulouse Airport is approximately 1hr 30 mins drive to the south - again a large International Airport.
- The TGV station at Libourne connects with Paris.

Additional price notes
- All prices advertised are in sterling and are per week arriving at 4pm departing at 10am.
- A deposit of 30% is required by the Owner to confirm the booking.
- The final balance is due 12 weeks before arrival. A damages deposit of £750 is also required at that time. This will be refunded in full after departure subject to damage inspection.
- In low/mid season, prices may be discounted for small groups and it is possible throughout the year for shorter breaks such as long weekends. For further information, please enquire.
