A newly renovated luxury property combining character features with contempory furnishing.
- The converted terrace entrance offers shade throughout the day and is ideal for all meals.
- The kitchen, with granite worktops, has an induction hob, electric fan oven, microwave and Liebherr fridge. A Zwilling toaster and kettle together with a Malongo coffee machine provide the finishing touches.
- From the lounge there are uninterrupted views over the open countryside towards the chateau of Magrin and the Black Mountains beyond. There is a ceiling fan for our hot summer days. The white leather sofa provides comfort while watching UK satellite TV with a Bose sound system.
- The bedroom with a high oak timbered ceiling has a light, airy feel. There is a 5ft bed with a fully sprung mattress and cool, cotton linen. A walk-in wardrobe together with a small laundry area, add to your comfort.
- The shower room has a glass corner shower, single sink with Corian top, overhead lighting, toilet and towel rail.
Shower and pool towels, cotton robes and a professional style hairdryer are all provided.
For saftey a smoke detector and fire extinguisher are fitted.
The outside terrace has a wooden teak table and six chairs, two sunbeds and a BBQ area.
La Fleureau offers you a completely no smoking environment
La Fleureau stands in an elevated position, at 275 meters, with stunning views towards the Chateau Magrin and the Black Mountains beyond. There is a floodlit swimming pool set in gardens with lawns and well established shrubs. A Japanese garden provides a superb tranquil setting for strolling or meditation. La Fleureau offers the perfect location for visiting towns such as Carcassone, Revel, Albi, Gaillac and Cordes. The whole area is rich with historical interest and the undulating countryside of sunflowers and vineyards makes this the perfect spot for relaxing, sightseeing and wine tasting. The pretty town of Lavaur is a 10 minute drive and the nearest town for shopping. It is particularly worth visiting on market days. There are many excellent restaurants in the area with an 18 hole golf club just 10 minutes away.

What can we say? Earlier in the year we didn't know if we would make it, but here we are in the most peaceful and relaxing place ever. The new gite is beautiful and has everything to hand. Carol and Ian have thought about every detail. We were made so welcome and straight away felt relaxed and at home. The weather has been great and we have made good use of the wonderful pool with its amazing view. We will never forget where we were for the Queen's funeral. It's been a perfect week and we can't wait to come back again. Thank you both so much for this special opportunity, we have had a brilliant time.
