Information about the Villa Location
The villa is located about 100m from the RN7 which is the road that goes from Antibes to Nice. There is a distant noise from the garden but it cannot be heard from inside the villa. Occasionally the train that runs along the coast can be heard.
Brand new and modern south-facing villa located in Villeneuve Loubet, under 10min walk from a sandy beach and 30min drive from Nice. From the villa you can see the waved shaped “Marina Baie des Anges”. The Marina has a shopping centre, bars, restaurants and a supermarket which caters for various nationalities. On each side of the Marina you will find stony beaches open to the public and a sandy beach with many facilities for eating and drinking. All of these within a few minutes’ walk...
Villeneuve Loubet is a lovely seaside resort and a great family destination with beaches, natural parks and leisure areas offering many activities for everyone.
For history lovers, there is a medieval castle in the village of Villeneuve Loubet.
For food lovers you might like to know that Villeneuve Loubet is the birthplace of Auguste Escoffier, one of France’s greatest chefs, the father of French gastronomy whose house has become a museum.
Bakery at 100m, fruit and vegetable store at 500m and local market at 3.5 km.

- Frejus-Saint-Raphael: 55min. Frejus is an ancient military port and Roman city with a rich historical and architectural heritage.

- Aquasplash in Antibes: 3.5 km – 8min. Water park with water slides, wave pool, toboggans and lots more!

How to get to Villa Oceane
- Nice airport: 10 minutes - 8 km.
- Marseille airport: 2 hours - 190 km.
- Villeneuve Loubet Train station: 3 minutes - 1.3 km.
Due to the location of the property, it is possible to take a taxi from the airport and stay at the villa as beaches, restaurants, bars etc are to hand within walking distance. Therefore we suggest a car is advisable (shopping and visiting the area) but not necessarily essential.

I don’t normally write reviews but after spending two weeks at Villa Oceane I’m writing this one. Villa was fantastic plenty of room and very well equipped, same as the pool large enough to play games in and nice to cool off in the heat. Air conditioning very good and a blessing due to the heat all said we had a very enjoyable and relaxing holiday. Owner’s great showed us round Villa and explained everything to me and didn’t need him during holiday but knew he would be there if required. Bakery short walk and very good place reasonably priced as well, all restaurants were good cater for all tastes. Christophe at Select Villas was also great from the booking to end of holiday. I told Christophe holiday was for my 60th birthday there was a card and bottle of champagne on arrival nice touch. I definitely recommend this Villa to anyone . Nice and Monaco fantastic need to visit

The villa was stunning, exactly like the photos, which honestly doesn’t always happen! We couldn’t fault anything, it was beautiful, the pool was lovely and clean, and much needed as we got lovely weather. Kevin was our contact and he was lovely. If all your villas are like this we’ll be booking with you again. It’s also nice to speak to someone instead of the normal no contact websites. We have just returned from a perfect stay in this villa. We were a family of 7. The owners are very lovely and helpful people. We requested cushions for the sunbeds around the pool as they were hard to lay on and became very hot in the sun and the owners bought some for us the next day. The villa location is great, no car is needed as there are many restaurants, supermarkets, shops and the marina within a 15 minute walk. The villa is very well designed, 4 good sized bedrooms, all with bathrooms. We would definitely recommend this villa and will be booking it again.

We arrived safely home thank you and without any of the delays we experienced on our outward trip! M and Mme Soriano were extremely accommodating and waited for our later than expected arrival time. In fact they are a lovely couple and great hosts who are so easy to contact and deal with. We had a slight problem (and this was the only problem throughout stay) with one of the bedroom shutters, M Soriano arrived to rectify the issue within 10 minutes of my telephone call! That’s what I call service. The villa itself although not in what I would call a tranquil area is certainly is a very convenient location and suited us well. The slight noise from the road was not issue at all. The villa is wonderful, exceptionally clean, spacious and stocked with every piece of equipment you could wish for. The bathrooms are very highly appointed, we especially loved that they were all en-suite. The outside area is lovely, the terrace perfect for our meals. The pool is an excellent size and was very well maintained. If I had to make one small suggestion it would be that the sun loungers had cushions on them, it would just make sunbathing a bit more comfortable. Finally I have found your service excellent too. Your swift response time is to be admired and the amount of information you provided regarding directions etc etc was a huge bonus. I would certainly have no hesitation in recommending you and this villa to my friends and family.Guest rating:
Family holiday, so this was a great location - close to Nice, Antibe, Cannes and walking distant to Villeneuve-Loubet and the beach! Good bakery close by and small food shops. Close to motorway and main routes too. Fabulous house with modern amenities, air conditioning and a gorgeous kitchen. It is close to a main, busy road but you don’t hear it in the house and it’s back ground noise when you are outside. Has a TV & satellite but we didn’t use it!!lol The bedrooms are well equipped and beautifully presented. The bathrooms too - modern showers that are a treat to use. The pool is just great. It has several steps in, a shallow area and then a deeper part. It’s large enough for games and swimming. The pool area is well equipped although we’d have liked some cushions for the loungers.There is a lovely modern rattan seat with built in shade which is perfect for lounging around on! It’s ok for disabled guests. Not perfect for wheelchair users though as a step from parking area to pool & gravel which is hell for wheelchair wheels!! The downstairs bedroom/bathroom isn’t big enough for a wheelchair plus the fantastic shower (and it really is a lovely shower) has a narrow entrance so unable to be used in our case. Not a problem though as there is an outside shower by the pool. And if you aren’t a wheelchair user then probably fine! We don’t often go back to the same property but we’d consider this one as it was pretty perfect and the owners very helpful. Had a fabulous holiday in this house!! Ps:- Oh and the views are good too - you can see the sun set/sunrise and the sea!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week in the Villa Oceane. The owners were really helpful, as when we arrived to leave our luggage at 1pm as we had arranged, they had the villa fully cleaned and ready for us! We really appreciated this and thank you for your help with liaising with the owners about this. The villa was very comfortable and absolutely spotlessly clean. It was really great that we could walk to restaurants and shops without having to use the car all the time. We also felt it was in a great location for visiting many places in the area by car or train. Overall there have been no negatives about the property, the area or the service provided by yourself and the owners. We wouldn't hesitate about booking with Select Villas in the future.

We stayed in this beautiful and ultra modern villa for a week at the end of August. The villa is very light, airy and spacious with wonderful attention to detail in its furnishings. The pool is lovely and the outside eating and lounging area superb. The owners who are an absolutely charming couple made us feel very welcome and attended to our every need. It is also close to the town of Villeneuve Loubet and so we were able to walk to the bakery in the mornings and the drive to the supermarket was at most a couple of minutes.

The villa is immaculate, modern, clean and stylish. Two of the bedrooms are slightly smaller and don't have balconies but are still more than ok. It has everything you could possibly need and it is done to a high standard. When we stayed we had boiling hot weather with blue skies and sunshine everyday, with the odd bit of cloud. The villa is situated in a small town with a marina, with good amount of restaurants , supermarkets etc... but it isn't touristy there isn't clubs or anything. There is a small supermarket 5 minutes walk which has everything you'd need, and a much larger one in the town which is probably only 15 walk. The train station is 10 minutes down the road and you can get to Canne and Nice within 20 minutes for 3 euros. Monaco takes 50 minutes and is about 7 euros. We got Ubers from the airport and this was only 30 euros for a Mercedes van seating 7 and we also got cars back from Nice at midnight and it was only 28 euros for 4.
