This beautiful bastide offers 4 bedrooms in the main house spread over two floors and a further 2 bedrooms in the guest cottage. Two of the bedrooms on the second floor are equipped with air-conditioning. These 4 bedrooms share two family bathrooms (one with shower and bathtub, one with a shower enclosure)
The guest cottage is also fully equipped and offers 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a kitchen and living room. Ideal for a family or teenagers.
There is a TV den, and large living room with dining area. The living room offers floor to ceiling windows overlooking the pool and garden. There is a fully equipped kitchen with double fridge, induction hob, Nespresso machine and ice maker.
Leading from the kitchen is a large terrace that overlooks the pool and garden with steps leading down to the lawn.
The pool is surrounded by a large terrace that offers multiple sunbeds and parasols, ideal for relaxing by the pool.
A ping pong table and table football are also available.
The property is located on a large plot of land with total privacy and in a beautiful green and quiet area of Grasse.
There is ample parking space for several cars.
A seventh bedroom/mezzanine with shower room is avaialble upon request and suitable for teenagers or staff.
