A pretty family villa fully renovated, set in a quiet domaine within close distance to the picturesque village of Valbonne. The villa has 4 bedrooms and is set in a peaceful garden with views over the surrounding countryside and private pool which can be heated and fenced.
Villa Coralie is a wonderful 4 bedroom family villa located in a quiet domaine close to the picturesque village of Valbonne.
The villa has recently been fully renovated in a contemporary style with high quality fittings and furnishings and is composed on the ground floor of an open plan living and dining area with fully equipped kitchen, and large doors opening onto the terrace and garden. On the ground floor a double bedroom with 2 single beds can be found with ensuite shower room.
From the living room stairs lead to the first floor where there are 3 additional double bedrooms. The master bedroom offers an extra large double bed, a day bed and a private balcony overlooking the garden and country views. There is another double bedroom with large double bed and the fourth bedrooms offers 2 single beds. The first floor offers 2 bathrooms that are shared by these 3 bedrooms.
From the living area one steps onto a wonderful terrace with nice views over the garden and surrounding countryside, and leads onto the garden with flat lawn and a fenced pool with nice terrace and lots of mature olive trees. Guests can also enjoy a typical French Boules game.
There is ample parking space for several cars.
Villa Coralie is located within walking distance from the picturesque village of Valbonne with many restaurants, cafes and a lively Provencal market on Friday mornings. Ideally situated between the Alps and the Mediterranean, it benefits from easy access to the mountain villages of the interior and is only 20 minutes from Cannes, Antibes and the beaches of the coast, and half an hour from Nice airport. Activities include golf (9 courses within 15 minutes), tennis (3 local clubs as well as municipal courts), riding, cycling and fabulous walks along the River Brague, and amid some of the most spectacular natural scenery the Cote d'Azur has to offer.

How to get to Villa Coralie
Directions from Nice Airport to Villa Coralie, 900 Route de Cannes, Domaine de Val du Cuberte, 06560 Valbonne.
Take the A8 motorway towards Cannes. Carry on for about 10 minutes until you reach Junction 47 sign-posted for Villeneuve Loubet (be careful not to miss it - the turning comes quite quickly after Nice airport). Follow the D2085 towards Grasse and Roquefort les Pins. At the entrance to Roquefort les Pins, at the first roundabout turn left, sign posted Valbonne and Sophia Antipolis. After about 150m you’ll reach another small roundabout. Drive straight across continuing towards Valbonne along the D204. Continue on this road for about 5kms. At the end of this road there’s another roundabout. Turn right and after about ½ km you’ll reach the village of Valbonne. Drive into the village and turn left at the main crossroads taking the road towards Cannes and Antibes. Drive through the village past the Mairie/Hotel de Ville (big modern white building) on your left. Follow the road for about 1,4 km. The domaine Val du Cuberte will be indicated on a big sign on your right after about 1km, turn right here and drive up to the main domain gate. The code to enter : 1950 Please enter the domaine code that you have been given and remember this as you will need to use the same code to exit. Follow the road going up and Villa Cirse will be one of the very last villas at the end on your right (Villa Olivia). The villa will be available for you at 4pm and needs to be vacated on your final day at 10am. Additional price notes
Villa Coralie is available for rent all year round. The property is booked on a weekly basis from 4pm the day of arrival to 10am the day of departure. Rates include all linen, towels, pool towels, utilities (gas, electricity and water) and a weekly clean and change of linen. Pool heating is available upon request between April and October at a weekly cost of 210 Euros.
