All bathrooms are luxurious and sophisticated, equipped with gleaming floor-to-ceiling tiles, ceramic sink units, heated towel rails and fluffy towels.
The villa has a stunning pool which can be heated, complete with comfortable sun loungers and white parasols. It is enclosed within beautiful gardens with sea view, which offer a profusion of palm trees and Mediterranean plants. The barbecue terrace has a modern gas barbecue, wooden table and chairs and comfortable wicker seating, and overlooks the gardens and the sea and provides the ideal setting for al fresco lunches or simply for relaxing during glorious afternoons. There is a gated entrance and parking for up to six cars.
The property has a safe for depositing valuables and is security alarmed. There is air conditioning as well as high definition satellite televisions and DVD high definition players throughout. With its proximity to the coast and excellent standard of comforts and amenities, this villa provides a wonderful venue for families or groups wishing to relax whilst at the same time being ideally placed to explore the attractions of St Tropez.
