From there, it's 5 minutes by car to the lively beaches of Pampelonne and Tahiti and to La Croix Valmer and 15 minutes into St Tropez.
The property has five bedrooms, all with en-suite bathroom and either a terrace or garden view. There's a big living room equipped with satellite TV, home cinema and Bose music system, large well equipped kitchen and separate laundry room. From the living room, French doors open onto the outdoor dining terrace with a gas barbecue and an outdoor dining table for 10 people.
The villa is set within a lovely Mediterranean garden of over 5000 m2 laid out in well maintained lawns and palms and parasol pines. At the centre is a sheltered 12m x 6m swimming pool with step access, wide pool terrace and covered pool house at one end. There's table tennis as well as bicycles for guest use.
The property is accessed via an automatic gate and is security alarmed.
