Maison du Guerledan is a large three bedroom property with a private heated swimming pool for the sole use of the guests,
- The open plan living area has windows overlooking the front and back gardens, making it very light an airy. Two large sofas are ideal to use to chill out and watch either French or English freeview TV.A DVD player is also provided along with a selection of dvds. A large dining table with six modern dining chairs separates the living area and the kitchen.
- The kitchen has everything you need for a self catering holiday, built in oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer and washing machine. The cupboards are stocked with a large selection of crockery too. Two small steps up from the kitchen leads on to
- The hallway
- The family bathroom, with bath, overhead shower, toilet and basin.
- On this level is also the third large bedroom with two single beds, wardrobe and bedside cabinets and benefits with views over the pool.
- A further two steps to the third twin bedroom with views over the garden.
- Finally the extra large master bedroom with light modern oak bed and bedside cabinets.There is also a large wardrobe and also seating area. The master bedroom also benefits from a large en-suite shower room with toilet, basin and large Italian walk in shower.
Outside there is
- A large patio area with table and chairs along with a BBQ.
- The swimming pool is approx 8mx 4.5m and is heated by an air source heat pump. To comply with french regulations the swimming pool has a motion detector alarm which is on all the time and must be de activated when you wish to use the pool. Six sun loungers are around the pool along with a set of cane modern furniture. It’s an ideal spot to sit and watch the sun set over the rolling countryside
- To the rear of the property is another patio area with reclining chairs.
All bedlinen is provided and beds made up on your arrival. We also provide all bath mats, towels and cleaning materials. You only have to supply your own towels for the pool and house,

Our holiday home is situated I. Saint Aignan and 2 kms from the beautiful Lac De Guerledan which offers you all the water sports you can ever want. The historic building of Abbey de Bon Repos is a quick ten minutes drive and this is on the stunning Nantes to Brest canal, the Sunday market is not to be missed.
The larger town of Pontivy is around an easy 20 mins drive.
Our holiday home is situated in a calm peaceful location so whether you want to relax by the pool or go out and explore the countryside it offers everything you need. The coastlines of Brittany are all within an easy hours drive away on uncrowded roads.
The area hosts many walking cycling trails, along with tree climbing, visits to historic buildings.
An ideal holiday choice for families of all ages.

- Our holiday home is situated 2 hours drive from St Malo and Roscoff ferry port. Cherbourg and Caen are approx 3 1/2 hours easy drive.
- The airport of Rennes and Brest are both a 2 hour drive.

Additional price notes
- The cottage wIll be cleaned on your arrival and all beds made up.
- We ask you to either leave the cottage clean on your departure or if you would prefer you can arrange a final clean of the property at a cost of 70 euros, payable before leaving the property.
- A £200 security deposit is taken and will be refunded in full within in 48 hours of departure, long as there is no damage to the property .
- Check in time is 5pm and you must vacate by 10 am on you departure day.
- We ask all guests to remove bedlinen and place in the bag provided, irrespective of whether you have paid for a final clean or not.
- No pets allowed at the property.
