Enjoy: La Ville Thomas for its beautiful countryside location, proximity to some of the finest beaches in France as well as being close to Saint Malo, Dinan and Dinard. Tastefully decorated, very cosy and well presented accommodation and comfortably accommodates 2 to 6 guests.
The location: Very attractive for tourism and sporting activities such as boating, surfing, swimming, fishing, horse riding and the nearest golf course is at Dinard. The property has very easy access to the main roads leading to the beaches, tourist attractions and our beautiful historic towns, Dinan, Dinard and Saint Malo and further afield the very famous Mont Saint Michel. This property makes an excellent base for a lovely family holiday. For guests who enjoy cycling or strolling through the quiet countryside the location is also ideal.
Beaches: La Ville Thomas is just a short distance drive from the bay of Lancieux and the very sought after coastal village at St Jacut de la Mer. Here you have a choice of 11 wonderful safe sandy beaches and a good selection of beach activities to offer during the summer months. The village boosts a good choice of restaurants, cafes/bars and there is an open market every Friday morning. Bike hire is also available at the beach snack/bar called 'La Paillote'. Fishing on foot is a widely practiced activity on the main beach "La Rougeret" when the tide is out. Saint Jacut is also very popular for it's beautiful coastal walks.
The local village Ploubalay: 5 km from the property, here you have all the amenities you would expect to find in a small town, together with supermarkets, bakery, banks, pharmacy a good selection of cafes and restaurants. Every Friday morning there is a small market in the square, selling fresh local products. There are also bus services available to the surrounding area.
About the Property: La Ville Thomas is totally secluded within its own well maintained grounds and ideally located in a calm and peaceful hamlet. The property is very well equipped, tastefully decorated and has to offer very clean, comfortable spacious accommodation together with lovely furnishing's and comfortable bedding. We welcome long winter lets and the property has been recently equipped with a pellet stove for the long chilly winter evenings. The outside space, boosts a good sized safe secluded garden with secure front gates, this certainly is peace of mind for families with young children or family pets! The sun terrace is furnished with comfortable garden furniture. La Ville Thomas it is also excellent base for visiting the area having very easy access to the main roads leading to the popular tourist towns and attractions.

There are literally dozens of beaches both large and small and all immaculate within 10/20 mins: St Jacut de la Mer - Lancieux - St Cast plage - St Briac - St Lunaire (good for surfing), Dinard, Saint Enogat (Dinard) and St Malo. All these are wonderful sandy beaches, fantastic for young children as they are not stoney or rocky. Many have both shower / toilet facilities and beach side refreshments. Many offer water sports.
This gorgeous area of Brittany is most definitely an excellent all year round tourist centre there are many more holiday attractions and beautiful historic places to visit, for those of you who enjoy a day on the beach the choice is endless. If you are keen golfers nearby you will find some excellent golf courses such as Dinard, St Cast and Le Tranchet (near St Malo).

How to get to La Ville Thomas
By Ferry: St Malo Ferry Port : 29 km
Further afield but very economical ferry prices: Dover - Calais crossing (Company SeaFrance) 280 miles drive to Malo, the roads are excellent and why not stop at Honfleurs for lunch by the habour (near Le Havre) beautiful place you certainly won't be disappointed!
