Roussillon Farmhouse and Mas D’en Porte have been in our family for the past 30 years. So popular are our properties and the region we bought the two adjoining cottages, Des Alberes and Canigou. All have been recently renovated and transformed to boutique hotel standards.
Ideal for family holidays, Special Occasions, Wedding Anniversaries, Birthdays and Family reunions. Catering can be provided. Sleeps 32 / 36 people.Available separately of collectively – 15 / 16 bedrooms & 13 bathrooms.

Following extensive refurbishment in 2008, this delightful property with designer-kitchen now provides 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms / WCs, accommodating up to 10 guests. Cottage Des Alberes - 3 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms (sleeps 6)
Spacious, well-equipped stone Roussillon Cottage comprising 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms to sleep 6 + cot. Shared garden and 9m x 6m swimming pool. Separate, yet adjacent to other properties providing additional accommodation for larger families and groups.
Cottage Canigou – 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms (sleeps 5/6)
Recently renovated and modernised stone Roussillon Cottage comprising 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms to sleep 5/6 + cot. Benefits from a shared garden and 9m x 6m swimming pool. Ideal together with Cottage Des Alberes for family groups of 10/12 people.
Cottage Des Alberes is a recently renovated and thoroughly modernised stone Roussillon Cottage comprising 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms to sleep 6 + cot, and benefits from a shared garden and swimming pool (9m x 6m). Accommodation comprises:

Available for rental separately or rent both cottages together; ideal for 2 families or a larger group of up to 12 people (or up to 32 / 36 people - see below); each property having their own privacy & facilities, whilst sharing the 500m2 garden and swimming pool. Private patio / BBQ area for each cottage.
Alternatively, these two cottages can be rented in combination with Roussillon Farmhouse (sleeps 10) and / or Mas D’en Porte (sleeps 10) to accommodate to 32 / 36 people, including 3 separate swimming pools, set in a total of almost 2-acres of private gardens.
We can offer short breaks (minimum 2 nights) and or winter lets as Cottage Des Alberes is well insulated and equipped with electric heating. A local English housekeeper is available to provide assistance, if required.

Terrace enjoying all-day and evening sunshine, complete with garden furniture, sun-beds and BBQ. Shared swimming pool set in secluded garden.
Private driveway provides car parking for one vehicle. Additional parking available on quiet road side.
Cottage Des Alberes Swimming Pool and Garden
Cottage Des Alberes enjoys the benefit of a shared swimming pool, dimensions 9m x 6m. With a deep-end of approximately 1.75m and a shallow end of 1.20m, it is available from early-May until mid-late October each year. Situated in a location enjoying all-day sunshine, the pool is attended regularly to ensure ideal water quality.
A range of sun beds, parasols, tables and chairs are available in the garden and pool surround. A Mulberry tree in the garden provides shade for those wishing to relax and read or take a refreshing drink!
The swimming pool is equipped with a Pool Safety Alarm system, conforming to NF P 90 – 307 to provide added safety protection.
Tennis Rackets and Bikes are available for a small charge.
Our properties are ideally located within a short 5mins walk to the village centre of Villelongue dels Monts, with boulangerie, shop, choice of three restaurants, a bar and just 15mins by car to the Mediterranean beach of Argeles Sur Mer.

How to get to Cottage des Alberes
If you are planning to fly and hire a car, then we would recommend Girona / Spain, which is 60 minutes by car, with several flights a day from most regional airports with Ryanair. In addition, the airports of Perpignan (25 minutes), Carcassonne (1 hour 40 minutes) and Barcelona (2 hours) are all convenient too. Alternatively, the nearest TGV station is Perpignan (25mins), with a local train station at Argelès-Ville. We will be pleased to provide travel tips and recommend car hire etc.
We are located just 10mins from the Autoroute exit at Le Boulou, the last junction in France, before heading into Spain.

- Short Breaks: From £40 or €50 / person per night, minimum 2 nights / 4 people.
- Special Prices: Available for couples and small families or for two-weeks or more and out of season - please enquire.
- Long Term lets: Available Sept / October until April / May. Please contact us for Special Terms.
- Arrival / Departure Dates: Usually Saturday to Saturday, but please enquire and let us know your specific requirements.
- Inclusive Utilities: EDF 125 units / week / property (except October / April; Water and local rates. WIFI Broadband, FREE phone calls to EU landlines and approx. 60 international worldwide countries.
- Taxe de Sejour (Tourist Tax): Applicable to all people 18 years and above is charged at €1.32 per adult, per night. This tax will be accounted from the security deposit and will be itemised on the final account.
- Cots, High Chairs and Baby Safety Gates: Included as part of the package.

- Table Tennis Table: Available at Farmhouse at cost of £75 / €80.
