Maison CERISIER is one of three bedroom our cottages which has uninterrupted views of the Pellinec Lake. The views from the terrace at the rear of the cottage are spectacular.
You enter the cottage through a beautiful stone arch, which brings you through into
- An inner hall with a downstairs toilet. Leading from the hall is the open plan living area.
- A rather chic burgundy kitchen has views over the swimming pool and has everything you need for a self catering holiday. A fridge freezer, microwave, coffee maker, oven, hob, dishwasher and washing machine. A large dining table and 6 chairs is ideal for family meals.
- The lounge area has large doors and window over looking the lake, making the most of the spectacular views. Two leather sofas and a tv with french / English tv make up the lounge area.
A pine staircase leads up to:
- The master bedroom, with two Velux windows overlooking the lake. The master bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, bedside cabinets and chest of drawers. An en-suite shower room has a toilet, hand basin and enclosed shower.
- The second bedroom has two single beds with a built in wardrobe.
- The third bedroom has metal bunk beds.
- Both of these two bedroom share a family bathroom with a bath, toilet and hand basin.
Outside to the rear of the property is
- A large terrace with the spectacular views of the lake. A large bbq is there for you to use along with a wooden table and chairs.
To the front of the cottage is
- A seating area, this then leads on to the fenced heated swimming pool. The pool is fenced and has an automatic closing gate to comply with french regulations,The swimming pool is approx 9mx 4.5m and is heated by a heat pump. Plenty of sun loungers and parasols are situated around the pool area. The swimming pool is shared with the other two cottages, A maximum of 19 people would be on site at any one time. The cottage to the left accommodates five people in three bedrooms, The cottage to the right will accommodate 8 people in 4 bedrooms.
Our cottages are located right opposite the beautiful Lac de Pelinec, therefore giving spectacular views across the lake. The lake is stocked with fish and permits can be bought at the local newsagents. The lake also benefited from the family run Auberge de Pelinec which is 100m walk from the cottages.
This area of central Brittany has so much to offer whether you want to go walking, cycling, canoeing, tour a chateau or just chill and relax by the pool, our location offers everything
The three coastlines of Brittany are all within an easy hours drive and offer beautiful uncrowded beaches.
The large Lac du Guerledan (8mikes long) has every water-sports on offer, along with safe sandy beaches and bars/restaurants,
Bikes can be hired in the local village of Gouarec, along the canal at the campsite
Central Brittany is known for its beauty and Celtic charm, come along and try it for your self !

Additional price notes
- To secure the cottage we will require a completed booking form and also payment to be made by U.K. bank transfer. A 25% deposit is due to secure the cottage and full payment made at 12 weeks before arrival date.
- A security deposit of 200 euros is required at the time of booking and this will be refunded in full as long as there is no damage to the property within 48 hours of departure.
- Guests must abide with the terms and conditions of our cottage which can be found on our website www.gitesenbretagne.fr
- All bed linen is provided apart from linen for cots. all we ask is for you to bring all your own towels.
- All cleaning material is in the cottage for you. We ask that you either leave the cottage as you found it or you can pay for a final clean before you depart.
- Internet is by 4G dongle.
- This cottage shares the swimming pool with the two other cottages
