This large house has been designed to accommodate up to 8 people, having two large master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a spacious twin bedroom and a bedroom with bunk beds that share a family bathroom..
- On entering the property through a hall way,
- A downstairs toilet is off to your right before you enter the living area.
- The spacious kitchen overlooks the large dining room table allowing everyone to eat together. Everything you require for a self catering holiday is included, oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and lots more.An extra large dining table is there for you to have those special family meals.
- The double aspect living room has two large sofas overlooking the back terrace and the lake,
- The second living area is located at the front of the cottage overlooking the pool. A flat screen tv is there for you to use with french and English tv channels and a DVD player. A large garden table and chairs are situated on the terrace to enjoy a quiet breakfast in the morning or a meal in the evening at sunset, along with a BBQ.A table football will entertain children of all ages!
Upstairs
- Two master bedrooms with king size beds. The first, spacious, offers a view of the lake and has a large bathroom with a modern freestanding bath and separate walk-in shower. The second suite has a bath with an overhead shower.
- Another family bathroom is shared for a twin bedroom and a bunk room, both with lake views.
Our cottages are located right opposite the beautiful Lac de Pelinec, therefore giving spectacular views across the lake. The lake is stocked with fish and permits can be bought at the local newsagents. The lake also benefited from the family run Auberge de Pelinec which is 100m walk from the cottages.
This area of central Brittany has so much to offer whether you want to go walking, cycling, canoeing, tour a chateau or just chill and relax by the pool, our location offers everything
The three coastlines of Brittany are all within an easy hours drive and offer beautiful uncrowded beaches.
The large Lac du Guerledan (8mikes long) has every water-sports on offer, along with safe sandy beaches and bars/restaurants,
Bikes can be hired in the local village of Gouarec, along the canal at the campsite
Central Brittany is known for its beauty and Celtic charm, come along and try it for your self !

Additional price notes
- A 25% balance must be paid to secure the cottage and remaining a balance paid 12 weeks before arrival. If you book within 12 weeks of arrival date, the full balance is due along with the £200 security deposit. The security deposit will be returned in full if there is no damage to the property within 48 hours of your departure.
- We ask all guests to leave the cottage as you find it, or pay for a final clean on departure.
- The cottage is available from 5pm on arrival day and must be vacated by 10 am on departure day.
- Internet is provided by 4G dongle
